Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Acute

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT-FL

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Weekends : one weekend / month, will get weekdays off to balance out

Scrub Colors : Grey scrubs

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

must have acute care, SNF, and / or IP Rehab
