About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Account Management and Partnerships to lead our strategic initiatives in driving growth through impactful partnerships and nurturing exceptional client relations. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust partnerships strategy, scouting and establishing strategic alliances, and cultivating long-lasting relationships that deliver value and collaborative success. You will spearhead and mentor a dedicated account management team, devise strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, and collaborate across functions to escalate partnership success.

To excel in this role, you should bring at least 10 years of experience in healthcare IT solutions with a specific focus on partnerships, business development, and / or account management. A proven record of managing substantial strategic accounts and partnerships—especially in public sector, payer, K-12, or higher education sectors—is essential. We are looking for strategic thinkers with strong business insight, analytical capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are vital, along with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across teams.

We value a customer-centric approach, commitment to excellence, and a data-driven decision-making style. Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to travel as necessary are also key.
