Were on the hunt for folks to join our team for the season as Customer Service Representatives who love Vermont and swear by our practical and hard-to-find products so they can help our customers find just what they need and a little something they want from our catalog and online store. Full and part time seasonal positions available! Earn up to $15-$16.74 per hour, including pay differential and holiday incentives! If that sounds like fun, you may be just the person were looking for! The majority of our Customer Service Representatives work from the comfort of their own homes in Vermont! Others prefer to work in our call center in Rutland, VT. Every Customer Service Representative receives on-the-job training! Equipment including laptop, monitor and keyboard are provided for remote Customer Service Representatives.

Current Customer Service Hours of Operation :

Monday Saturday : 8 : 00am 8 : 00pm

Sunday : 10 : 00am 6 : 30pm

A Sampling of What Youll Do :

• Answer customer phone calls to assist with placing orders from our catalog or online store
• Answer customer questions about products and orders
• Become knowledgeable about products offered by The Vermont Country Store
• Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls
