POSITION SPECIFICS

Penn State College of Medicine is seeking a highly analytical and collaborativeBusiness Analystto support 13 biomedical core facilities and the Animal Resource Program. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of core services.

The successful candidate will work closely with core directors, lab managers, faculty, administrators, and institutional leadership to deliver actionable insights through data analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities are listed below but are not limited to those described, and may evolve based on institutional priorities and operational needs.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $68,200.00 - $102,300.00.
