About the Clinician's Workday
This position offers a $250 weekly car / mileage stipend and a $110 daily lodging stipend. Providers work 10-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM5 : 30 PM or until cases finish) with no call required. Case mix includes general, colorectal, OB / GYN, urology, ENT, ortho, spine, eyes, cardiac (no open hearts), and GI; peds cases are ENT only for patients over one year. The practice has 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs across five sites with a 1 : 2.5 supervision ratio, paper charting, and expected overtime. Licensing takes 3060 days with a CT license or 60120 days without.
