Join Our Team as a Value Stream Manager - Drive Operational Excellence in Manufacturing! Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement? We're looking for a results-driven Value Stream Manager to oversee our copper brass / aluminum heat exchanger production line. In this pivotal role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, champion safety and efficiency, and play a key part in shaping our operational success. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the manufacturing process for the heat exchanger and copper / brass lines.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety.
• Maintain accuracy of routings and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, and customer service teams to meet production goals.
• Participate in daily production meetings, biweekly control room meetings, and weekly operations staff meetings.
• Prioritize and ensure adherence to production schedules.
