Escrow Assistant

Location Winter Garden, FL | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

$19.60 / hour
Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm

ROLE IMPACT : As an Escrow Assistant, you’ll support residential real estate transactions by facilitating customer service, preparing documentation, and assisting with escrow closings. This role ensures operational continuity during leave coverage and plays a key role in maintaining a seamless client experience in a high-volume builder escrow department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Open escrow orders and input closing statement data

Prepare and review transaction documents for accuracy

Handle full disbursement and post-closing follow-up

Communicate transaction requirements to clients and stakeholders

Interpret agreements and ensure documentation compliance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of escrow-related experience

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Client-specific operating systems (training provided)

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience supporting escrow officers or working in builder escrow

Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
