A community services organization in New York City is looking to add a licensedOccupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing team at one of their group homes on Staten Island.

About the Opportunity :

• Setting : Article 16 Clinic

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Hours : 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm

Patient Population : Adults (Ages 18+)

EMR : PrecisionCare

Responsibilities :

TheOccupational Therapist (OT) will :

Assist patients with maintaining and / or restoringfunction secondary to acute or chronic disability

Conductannual screens, assessments, & daily documentation

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

NYS Occupational Therapist (OT) license

Desired Skills :

Experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
