Overall Purpose : Act as a liaison / Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams systematically gathering and documenting requirements / user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities : Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following :
Requirements Gathering and Documentation : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze document and maintain detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall methodology) or user stories (Agile methodology).
Stakeholder Communication and Liaison : Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding alignment of project goals and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Validation Verification and Quality Assurance : Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements / user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Change and Risk Management : Manage changes to requirements / user stories assess their impact on project scope timeline and resources and identify and mitigate related risks.
Project Planning and Continuous Improvement : Assist in project planning activities such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management / user stories processes and tools.
Job Contribution : An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Education / Experience : Bachelors degree (BS / BA) desired in Computer Science. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
