What We're Looking For

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact and grow professionally. Ideal candidates will have the following attributes :

• Willingness to manage a caseload of 25+ sessions per week
• Generalists in behavioral health who are open to seeing couples and children, with support
• Clinicians who appreciate both autonomy and team collaboration
• Interest in taking on clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• A strong commitment to integrity, openness, and high-quality care

Compensation :

Potential earnings up to $100,300, depending on licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
