Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator to assist their staff in New York City!
Responsibilities :
- Receive, prioritize, and manage facility service requests through Service Channel or similar ticket-based systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of maintenance and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Qualifications :
