The Firm primarily practices in the area of landlord-tenant law representing clients in eviction proceedings, creditor bankruptcy proceedings, affordable & subsidized housing proceedings, fair housing defense of property owners & managers, and general civil litigation matters within this scope.

• Accurately draft pleadings and correspondence for clients across various legal issues.
• Communicate with clients regularly via phone, video, email, or other means.
• Conduct legal research at the direction of clients, managing attorneys, or partners.
• Review documents submitted by clients or in support of other attorneys and staff.
• Calm under pressure, keeping a level head through a fast paced environment, and being able to communicate with clients quickly and concisely over phone and email.
• D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law within the State of Nevada
• 1-2 years of litigation experience making regular court appearances
• 1-2 years of experience in the practice area of landlord-tenant law
• 1-2 years of experience in the practice area of contract law
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, covered at 100% by the firm

• The primary hours for this position are 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM (Monday – Friday)
