We are looking for a Consumer Care Manager who is both a problem solver and a people person—someone who loves helping others, leading with empathy, and using technology (including AI!) to create a smoother, faster, and friendlier experience for every consumer.
- Oversee our consumer care system and make sure every message—whether by email, phone, chat, or social media—gets a timely, caring response.
- Manage our new AI tools, including chatbots and automated emails, to improve how consumers get information and help.
- Keep our FAQ and help library up to date so consumers can easily find answers.
- Track feedback, questions, and trends via monthly and quarterly reports —and share insights with our Marketing and Product teams to make our products even better.
- Manage and support coupon programs, mailings, and promotional giveaways, including managing vendor partners where applicable.
- Identify loyal fans and help build our community of advocates.
Requirements :
A genuine passion for helping people and making a positive impact.2–3 years of customer service or consumer care experience.Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Comfort using digital tools (CRM systems, chat platforms like Zendesk, etc.).Curiosity and adaptability—especially with new AI tools that make our consumer experience smarter and faster.Bachelor’s degree preferred.This is more than a customer service job—it’s a chance to shape how people connect with a brand that cares deeply about people and the planet.
