We are seeking licensed and experienced Service Electricians to join our growing team. This role involves performing inspections, testing, repairs, and installations of electrical systems across commercial and industrial projects. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism.
All service candidates must be licensed.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect, test, and repair electrical components to diagnose and resolve issues.
Install and update outdated electrical systems, including wiring, fuse boxes, lighting, and generators.
Conduct tests to ensure all new installations and repairs are fully operational.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and insurance requirements.
Lead and train co-workers as needed, promoting safety and efficiency.
Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and complete daily deliverables (photos, signed checklists, as-builts, etc.).
Resolve on-site issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers and teammates.
Adhere to company and OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements.
Maintain professionalism and a high standard of quality in all work performed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (state-level requirement).
Proven experience as a Commercial and / or Industrial Electrician ; leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret scope-of-work (SOW) documents .
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and email communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality results.
Must own basic hand tools and PPE.
Safety-oriented and familiar with NEC requirements.
Certified to operate boom or scissor lifts and comfortable working at heights.
Valid drivers license with a clean record (no DUI / DWI in the last three years).
Able to pass drug and background screenings.
Schedule & Travel
Shift flexibility required day, night, weekend, or on-call shifts as needed.
May involve travel across the region for 13 weeks at a time, depending on project requirements.

Pay Range : $21$40 / hr (based on experience and location)
Per Diem : $125 / day when overnight travel is required
Shifts : Day or Night (3rd shift possible depending on client needs)
Travel : Regional travel, 13 weeks at a time, depending on project
