Field Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Field Ops Contract Labor.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and optimize the necessity of contract labor across operations

Lead negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and maintain service rates

Establish and manage national-level partnerships with contract labor providers

Required Qualifications

Experience managing contract labor and vendor relationships

Familiarity with Fiber-Optic network operations and construction practices

Proven leadership in team coordination and performance management

Valid Driver's License

Ability to work in all seasons and on regularly scheduled weekends
