Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Warehouse positions pay weekly with hourly pay at $23.00 per hour. The schedule is first shift Wednesday from 12 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 pm, and Thursday-Saturday from 6 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm. Beginning November 9 through the end of the year, the schedule will be Wednesday-Saturday from 6 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm.

We want the right Warehouse Associate to join us at Ryder and work in the safest supply chain environment with state-of-the-art equipment. Products being handled include retail items. Equipment includes powered industrial equipment, cherry pickers / order pickers, and pallet jacks, etc. Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge and / or experience with an RF scanner advanced required
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Possess flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
