Front Desk And Hospitality Coordinator

EisnerAmper is seeking a full-time Front Desk and Hospitality Coordinator to be the face of our office and a key contributor in creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for clients, guests, and team members. As a member of our administrative operations team, this dynamic role blends front desk operations, catering coordination, and event support. It requires a strong service mindset, attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. Schedule : 40 hours per week / 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (1 hour lunch break)

As our Front Desk and Hospitality Coordinator, you will be responsible for :

  • Front Desk & Guest Experience
  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and employees with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with a helpful, client-centric approach
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Catering & Office Services
  • Oversee daily catering needs and manage vendor relationships
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms, restock snacks / beverages, and manage room setups
  • Provide general administrative support : FedEx labels, invoice tracking, courier scheduling, etc.
  • Event Coordination
  • Assist with planning and execution of firm-wide events including : Holiday parties, baby showers, retirement celebrations
  • Monthly birthday and anniversary recognitions
  • Wellbeing Month, "Bring Your Child to Work Day," and more
  • Occasionally travel locally for events or catering pickups
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Become a notary public (training and cost covered) to assist with document needs
  • Act as a point-person for internal office questions and support
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • 1+ years of hospitality or office administrative experience
  • Preferred candidates also have :

  • Experience working in a CPA or professional services firm
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a sense of humor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel
  • Calm under pressure with a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources, prioritize and reprioritize as necessary
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency; detail-oriented, organized, and punctual
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds

For Minnesota, the expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
