As a Resident Care Specialist , you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Your Role :

As the Resident Care Specialist , your role includes providing on-site guidance to the community clinical departments while supporting consistent, safe, and effective nursing practices in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards. You’ll lead through education, quality improvement, and risk management, fostering person-centered care and operational excellence across assigned communities.

Position Highlights :

• Status : Full Time
• Schedule : 90% travel 10% remote. Extensive travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA)
• Location : NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA
• Rate of Pay : $125–130K base
• Travel : Extensive regional travel required
