I’m seeking an exceptional Personal & Executive Assistant to help manage the administrative and operational aspects of my professional and personal life, allowing me to focus on my creative work as a writer and startup executive. This role requires someone who thrives bringing order to complexity and takes genuine satisfaction in making someone else’s life run smoothly. Primary responsibilities :
Professional Support
- Manage speaking engagement logistics, including correspondence, scheduling, and follow-up
- Coordinate with agencies and event organizers
- Update and maintain professional profiles (LinkedIn, speaking engagement websites)
- Handle invoicing and client communications
- Manage website maintenance and updates
- Manage social media accounts, post creation and scheduling, and DMs
Administrative Management
Process and prioritize incoming emails and communicationsOrganize and maintain digital filing systemsHandle subscription and service renewals (software licenses, memberships, etc.)Manage calendar and schedulingDraft correspondence and communicationsPersonal & Household Support
Coordinate appointments and personal errandsResearch and resolve issues (Apple charges, service providers, etc.)Manage financial tasks including tracking donations and expensesIdeal Candidate
