Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance Process & Application Lead to drive the delivery of SAP S / 4HANA–enabled Finance solutions . This role involves end-to-end ownership of core financial applications and integrations, leveraging a hybrid Agile delivery framework across POD-based workstreams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and system integrators to ensure solution integrity , regulatory compliance , and business alignment .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Serve as the Solutions Lead across SAP S / 4 HANA Finance, MDG, Datasphere, BW4HANA, SAC, and other SAP-certified tools.

Lead design, configuration, and delivery using POD-based Agile methodology.

Provide guidance on development of technical specs : FSD, TSD, BCD, PDD, and BPP.

Govern and review technical architecture, ensuring cloud-compliant S / 4HANA solutions .

Guide and review configuration builds, ensure alignment with BCD documentation.

Coordinate with Solutions Standardization Board for all RICEFW developments.

Manage integration with SAP and non-SAP apps (e.g., Power Plan, Tagetik, UI Planner).

Support all testing cycles : SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance.

Drive post-implementation hypercare and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Identify and mitigate risks that may impact scope, schedule, or resources.

Required Experience

10+ years of experience leading SAP Finance transformation programs .

Deep functional expertise across SAP FI / CO / TR / PS modules.

Extensive delivery using SAP Activate or hybrid Agile frameworks.

Prior experience with SAP S / 4HANA in private cloud (RISE) environments.

Hands-on with SAP BTP, Cloud ABAP, and Fiori app development.

ABAP development background with RICEFW in ECC and S / 4.

Experience integrating tools like Blackline, OneSource, Open Text VIM, and Taulia.

Familiarity with SAP BW4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, Redwood, Signavio.

Nice-to-Have Experience

SAP implementations in utility or asset-intensive industries.

Experience with Bluefield conversion methodology.
