Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday HCM and integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
• Proficiency in XML , XSLT , Web Services (SOAP / REST) , and API integrations .
• Knowledge of HR processes , payroll , and benefits systems .
• Familiarity with SDLC , Agile methodologies , and integration best practices .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Additional skills or certifications that enhance the candidate's profile
• Experience with similar technologies or platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workday integrations
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Workday and other systems
