Position : Lead CNC Programmer / Machinist

Location : Portland, Oregon

Pay : $25 - $45 per hour (DOE)

Schedule : Full-time

What You'll Do :

You'll lead our machining operations in a hands-on role that includes multi-axis CNC programming , setup, and daily supervision of a small team . Responsibilities include :

Programming & Setup

• Create and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis mills and lathes using Mastercam and SolidWorks
• Design fixtures and tooling for efficient setups
• Lead setups for critical jobs with proper workholding and tooling
• Standardize processes to improve setup times and consistency
