Automotive Title Clerk

Description of the role:

Dallas Direct is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately handling all vehicle titles, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and supporting the sales team.

Pay:$16-$25 per hour

3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all title documents are in compliance with state regulations
• Coordinate with sales team to complete title work for vehicle transactions
• Keep detailed records of all title transactions
• Communicate with customers regarding title status and requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or similar role
• Knowledge of state regulations related to vehicle titles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title processing software
