Recruiter

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities

Execute progressive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build and maintain a talent pipeline

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including candidate communication and offer negotiation

Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and maintain organized candidate records

Required Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience in an agency environment

Demonstrated expertise with progressive sourcing techniques and targeted recruiting campaigns

Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems

Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach

Self-motivated with strong analytical abilities to track and optimize recruiting metrics
