Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing Salesforce databases to optimize and enhance our Salesforce platform capabilities and user experience. You will also play a critical role in managing legacy Salesforce instances while contributing to the transformational project of setting up of a new best in class Salesforce instance. Also, you will support the sales organization through the development of Salesforce Analytics (Einstein) and provide best practices for Sales and Service Clouds.

This is a remote position and will report to the Sales Operations Manager and under the leadership of the Director, Sales Operations.

Required Job Qualifications (minimum) :

5 + years of experience with the Salesforce platform and related technologies.

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Experience with Salesforce Analytics, CRM Analytics, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, or Wave Analytics

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and workflow automation using declarative tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize database performance and address system issues.

Experience with database design principles, data modeling, and database administration within the Salesforce environment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
