\nPhysical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)\n

\nStartDate : 1 / 9 / 2026 \nAvailable Shifts : 8 D \nPay Rate : $2034.68 - $2229.49 \n

\nOutpatient Physical Therapist - Women's Health.\nShift : Will work 40 hours week\nMust have a minimum of 2 year's experience. \nShift : Variable start time 7 : 30 / 8 / 10 : 30AM Minor holidays are required. \nEMR : EPIC. \nScrubs : any color. \nRequired Upon Submission : 2 years experience in Outpatient PT. Pre / post Women's Health / pelvic rehab required. Experience in treating pelvic dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pregnancy and post postpartum dysfunction. Experience in men's pelvic health and / or APTA board certification a plus. \nAHA BLS for providers; OCS preferred. \nActive PT License. \nRequired Upon Start : Active CT license is NOT required at time of submission, but they will need to get before they start. \nCovid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. N95 Fit test required. \nLocals are accepted (75 miles or less) at lower BR\nAll time off required at time of submission.\n
