Registered Nurse Opportunity :
Lead the way to well-being by becoming a Nurse at Mount View Care Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will supervise the team caring for residents with a wide range of complex needs. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with families and residents to create strong connections while using your nursing skills to assess, treat and teach a diverse resident population. The employee performs the full scope of professional nursing functions within the parameters of professional licensure and standards of practice.
Compensation and Perks :
- Starting pay ranges from $39.50 - $43.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential for all PM shifts and $2.50 for all NOC shifts.
- We offer incentive pay for working additional hours beyond your schedule.
- Full-time and part-time positions open. Shifts are 6 : 00am-2 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm or 10pm-6 : 00am

- As a full-time employee of NCHC, you are eligible for the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The WRS is a hybrid defined benefit plan. What Qualifies You :

Supervises, directs and assists employees with direct resident care and provides direct resident care in a timely manner.Sets priorities and delegates tasks to nursing personnel.Makes accurate and ongoing assessment of patient's / resident's status and responds appropriately.Collaborates with other nurses and care / treatment team members to ensure patient's / resident's wellbeing.
