Overview

Element has an opportunity for EMI Test Technician s to join our rapidly expanding team. Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered from those starting their testing careers to those with several years of EMI or related testing experience. This role involves performing routine and non-routine EMI testing assignments, preparing equipment, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records, all while complying with company safety and quality standards.

Salary : $24 - 35 / hr DOE

Responsibilities

Prepare software and chamber / bench setups for EMI testing.

• Perform EMI tests per customer specifications and standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461, RTCA / DO-160).
• Gather and record test data for reporting purposes.
• Construct and maintain laboratory equipment and test fixtures.
• Interacts periodically with customers
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
