Worthington Enterprises is hiring Production Associates and Material Handlers for our day and night teams. If you like staying busy, mastering multiple production processes, and being rewarded for results, this role is for you.

- 12‑hour shifts : 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule
- Every other weekend off; work 3–4 days a week (only 15 days a month)
- $1,500 Sign‑on bonus
- Minimum starting pay is $20 / hr plus $1.50 shift differential
- Quarterly profit sharing with no cap
- Time‑and‑a‑half after 40 hours; 8 hours of overtime built in every other week
- Double‑time pay beyond 48 hours in a week

Operate across assembly, welding, paint line, press room, and quality controlHandle materials and parts safely and efficientlyTest products, identify defects, and solve problems on the flyFollow detailed instructions and work orders in English to meet production goalsDeliver on our core objective : produce high‑quality parts safely and efficiently to drive profitabilitySkills that set you up for success
