About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SCM Warehouse Supervisor to oversee supply chain operations including logistics order processing inventory management and customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented adaptable in high-stress situations and comfortable supervising operations in a warehouse environment including freezer storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound / outbound logistics shipments and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate internal logistics with production and other departments.
• Process and verify customer orders ensuring accuracy in picking and shipping.
• Oversee inventory accuracy reconcile records and report shortages or overages.
• Maintain direct communication with customers responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
