The PRO Consumer Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing building & activating an incredible first brand experience for new pet owners across North America (United States & Canadian markets). This role is a key driver of planning execution & innovation on the brands premier Breeder & Shelter consumer recommendation programs.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in marketing operations cross-channel program management & data-informed decision-making. They will collaborate closely with customer marketing direct-to-consumer digital technology & supply chain teams to execute & elevate program performance.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
• 3 years experience with a developed understanding of marketing operations data / analytics & program management
• Familiarity with customer relationship management & performance analytics software (PowerBI Salesforce Google)
• Stakeholder management
• Strength in translating performance data into insights and into in-market action
• Creative thinker & problem solver with a passion for brand strategy
• Executional excellence showcasing attention to detail & ability to deliver on-time in-full to the highest-quality possible
• Strong communication & presentation skills (oral & written)
• Skill in developing & cultivating strong internal (cross-functional) & external (customer & agency) partnerships
• Ability to balance multiple priorities redirecting focus behind what matters most

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position will include variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting : USD 69926.00 - USD 96148.00
