Qualifications

• Possess a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• 2 to 7 years experience in Call Centre / Service or hospitality industry (junior and senior positions available).
• Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to converse fluently in English.
• Process good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work on rotational shift.
• Able to go to USA for knowledge transfer.
