Edenbrook Greenwood Hill is seeking a reliable and compassionate Transport Driver ensure the safe and timely transportation of our residents. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoys interacting with seniors in a meaningful and respectful manner

Position : Transport Driver (Full-time / Part-time)

Essential Functions :

Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during transportation to and from appointments, outings, and facility-related trips

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the transport vehicle, both interior and exterior

Perform pre-trip inspections and report any vehicle concerns or maintenance needs promptly

Assist residents in and out of the vehicle, including the proper use of safety harnesses and lifts

Follow assigned schedules and route plans in a timely and efficient manner

Adhere to all traffic laws, facility policies, and safety protocols

All other duties as assigned

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

Knowledge of safety harnesses, locking mechanisms, and lifts used in transport vehicles

Familiarity with OSHA standards and other transportation safety requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Ability to operate motor vehicle equipment safely and responsibly

Patient, respectful, and committed to providing high-quality care and service

Requirements :

Age : Must be at least 18 years old

• License : Valid Driver’s License (Active CNA Certification)
• Driving Record : Clean driving record
• Comfortable Driving Van
• Experience : No previous experience necessary
