Salary : Job Summary :

Performs a variety of skilled laboring work as required. Workers who have acquired the necessary skills and training to complete building and construction related jobs. Duties differ, but may include : pouring concrete, carpentry, using power tools, job site clean-up, erecting scaffolding and assisting specialized workers.

Description of Tasks :

• Assist Superintendent, Foreman, Carpenters, or other tradespeople on-site.
• Clean up worksites from debris and machinery.
• Handle and transport materials, i.e., cement.
• Handle power tools and materials, i.e., such as saws and drills.
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures, i.e., scaffolding.
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Builds forms or structures using bricks, concrete and stone, and the repair of same.
• Performs other duties as described under Helper.
• Will be expected to perform miscellaneous duties which may occur from day to day.
