Integrity Trade Services is hiring for our client in the Lebanon, IN area! We are seeking dependable 1st Shift Coaters to join a growing food manufacturing company producing high-quality cereals and snacks.

Shift & Pay

1st Shift : Monday–Friday | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Pay $19

About the Role

The Coater is responsible for preparing cereal and snack mixes while ensuring production lines are continuously supplied to meet daily targets. This role serves as a first line of defense for food safety and quality assurance, requiring a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness. The Coater will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams, following all recipes and formulas from R&D and QA to maintain consistency and compliance. Additional responsibilities may include sanitation, warehouse support, and other cross-functional duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure all standards are met, following formulas and recipes provided by R&D and QA.

Collaborate with Quality and Sanitation teams to maintain product integrity and cleanliness.

Accurately measure, weigh, and record ingredients on all required documentation.

Assemble and disassemble mixers, pumps, and related equipment as needed for production.

Communicate ingredient and material needs to Material Handlers to prevent downtime.

Safely lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Ability to read and write in English to complete documentation and follow work instructions.

Math proficiency to perform measurements and calculations.

Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift and handle ingredient totes up to 60 lbs.

Prior food production experience preferred, but not required.
