Hospital-employed seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join an expanding, high-quality behavioral health program serving children and adolescents

Competitive salary range of $340,000$355,000 annually, plus incentive bonus potential Flexible practice structure offering 100% outpatient, 100% inpatient, or blended options depending on provider preference Supportive multidisciplinary team including psychologists, therapists, social workers, APPs, and neuropsychologists

Rotating call schedule limited to pediatric cases with no adult call responsibilities Opportunities for academic affiliation, teaching, and research available through local institutions
