ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a bold and entrepreneurial Founding Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to take the lead in building our "Plaud for Teams" product experience from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the experience and systems of our AI-native products and agentic AI platforms, with a strong focus on fostering privacy-minded collaboration among humans, and human-with-agents, powered by large language models (LLMs).

You’ll take ownership of delivering the Flutter mobile solutions while partnering with global teams spanning product, design, research, hardware, and go-to-market functions. Together, you\'ll transform ambitious ideas into delightful experiences for consumers and businesses alike.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

You’re an experienced cross-platform mobile engineer (Flutter) who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments. You’ve led small, focused teams and played a hands-on role in taking business products from concept to launch. Your track record shows you can both build and ship with impact.

We’re looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership instincts someone who can roll up their sleeves when needed, inspire others to do their best work, and keep the team aligned with broader company goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Take full ownership of the technical strategy and execution of our "Plaud for Teams" product roadmap driving development of the mobile app experience while keeping customer needs and company priorities in sync.

Lead our "for Team" mobile experience through its entire lifecycle, from early-stage prototyping to launch, with clear milestones guided by Product Led Growth (PLG) principles.

Design and build delightful, scalable, collaborative user experiences without compromising on privacy, security, or trust.

Explore and apply the latest advancements in AI and LLMs to strengthen the intelligence and adaptability of our platform.

Translate complex technical vision into clear direction for stakeholders at every level, including executives, teammates, and non-technical partners.

Help shape the team by recruiting exceptional talent, mentoring engineers, and championing a hands-on culture of innovation, ownership, and execution.

Collaborate fluidly across time zones and functions bridging the U.S. and global teams to move quickly and stay aligned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on Flutter project development with a complete app shipped.

Proficiency in Dart , deep familiarity with the Flutter framework, widget tree management, and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX).

Solid understanding of networking, data storage, multithreading, and memory management, with hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and package size optimization.

Experience with unit testing, release management, and launching complex cross-platform (iOS / Android) applications at scale.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a startup environment.

GREAT TO HAVE

Familiarity with audio / video technologies (e.g., WebRTC, FFmpeg, CoreAudio).

Experience building productivity tools, collaboration software, or applications integrated with AI / LLM technologies.

Exposure to hybrid development and native integrations (e.g., MethodChannel, PlatformView ) across iOS and Android.

Knowledge of app security practices and performance monitoring tools.

Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth startup where you owned end-to-end delivery of features.

Experience managing or collaborating with international teams.
