Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Industry Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of U.S. and Canadian banking regulations impacting product functionality

Communicate regulatory changes to internal partners and support compliance in product implementations

Create and maintain documentation mapping regulatory requirements to product functionality

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of compliance experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or regulatory agencies

Strong knowledge of banking regulations related to deposits, lending, and payments

Compliance certification (e.g., CRCM) is preferable

Exposure to solution design in financial services is a plus

Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and flexibility for multiple time zones
