Lenexa - Route Supervisor

Battery Outfitters, Inc. is searching for a Route Supervisor to join our Lenexa, Kansas team. We are a company based on Servant Leadership which we practice daily. Candidates must be customer focused to insure that the experience at every stop exceeds the expectations. Must have and be able to show at least 2-3 years Route driving experience in the wholesale distribution business. As a Route Supervisor you will start out learning the business riding with another driver / supervisor and then once qualified move up to supervise the sales and routes of your the 3 Lenexa truck operations.

Responsibilities include :

• Responsible for day to day route operations including sales, collection of cores, inventory of customers batteries, as well as inventory on the truck.
• Candidates must have a Class B CDL or higher.
• Route Supervisors are out at least one night a week with motel and meal paid.

Route Supervisor will have a base pay with a monthly bonus package based on the key elements of operating our routes to their maximum potential. This is a Very physical job which entails some heavy lifting at times which will be evaluated during the interview process.

The retail / warehouse location this position will be based out of is located at 9300 Marshall Drive, Lenexa KS 66215
