Responsibilities:- List and market residential real estate properties.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements with both buyers and sellers.
- Present compelling listing value propositions to potential sellers.
- Guide and advise clients through every important step of the real estate buying or selling process.
- Dedicate yourself to working diligently for clients, ensuring a fruitful outcome.
- Educate clients on the latest changes in the real estate industry, specifically focusing on buyer agencies.
Qualifications:- An active real estate license is a must for this position.
- Residing in or around Chino, CA, an Office is required for in-person training and meetings.
- Being available Full-Time to handle lead calls as they come in.
- Willingness to actively engage in a comprehensive training program tailored for success.
- Embracing a team-oriented mindset that encourages sharing knowledge.
- Displaying enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and energetic environment.
- Availability to assist both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.
