About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Turnaround Planner Scheduler to support the planning and execution of turnaround (TAR) projects at our Billings, MT refinery . In this role, youll use Oracle Primavera P6 to build and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and on time.

This is a critical position within the TAR team, working cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, operations, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage detailed turnaround schedules using Primavera P6 .
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to collect scope, resource needs, and timelines.
• Perform critical path analysis, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and update schedules throughout all turnaround phases.
• Support daily schedule reviews and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Integrate contractor schedules and resolve schedule conflicts or constraints.
