Practice Overview
- You'll join 1 supervising physician and 1 other PA, providing full-spectrum primary care across two outpatient clinics
- Outpatient care at Buffalo and Laverne clinics, rotating 2 days at one location and 3 days at the other weekly with the schedule built out 60 days in advance
- ER call coverage at a rural emergency hospital with level 4 trauma and level 3 stroke capabilities - very low volume
- Epic EMR, experienced nursing staff, and dedicated clinic support at each site
Schedule
Monday-Friday clinic hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m.), averaging 14 patients per day (work 5 days one week, 4 the next)ER call 1-2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month, with light trauma volumeNo after-hours call for outpatient clinics; one administrative day off every other weekCall schedule set 60 days in advance, with on-site call suite and optional housing nearbyCompensation & Benefits
