Surgery - Vascular Nurse Practitioner

The need is for a full time locum at two locations 36-40 hours per week plus weekend calls. We are not interested in 1-2 weekends a month or one week a month. This is not a PRN position.

36 hours. More than likely, three 12-hours shifts, not including call.

• OR First Assist
• Scheduled Clinic Hours
• Call (nights and weekends)
• M-F with call about every 5 weekends.
• Call is 6pm-6 : 30am.
• Regular work shift (6am-6pm) is in-house
• Weekend call is Friday 6pm through Monday 6 : 30am. All calls are from home, not in-house.
• Mostly OR, but some ICU floor time will be needed.
• Marquet equipment
• Cerner
• EVH and first assist

OT will need approval from Practice Admin

Lunch is not included in worked hours.
