Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) — Massachusetts (Virtual Position)

Resilient Pathways is a compassionate and growing mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity. We are currently seeking a  Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensed in  Massachusetts  to join our expanding virtual team.

Position Overview :

The LMHC will provide telehealth counseling services to individuals and / or couples. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and empathetic clinician who values connection, professional growth, and collaboration within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions to clients across Massachusetts

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing clinical development

Maintain ethical and professional standards of care aligned with Massachusetts licensing regulations

Qualifications :

Active  LMHC license  in Massachusetts (required)

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (newly licensed encouraged to apply)

Strong skills in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or anxiety / depression treatment

Reliable, professional, and committed to client-centered, evidence-based care

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
