A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 10-15 technical requisitions, including sourcing and offer negotiation
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to define requirements
Screen candidates, coordinate interview processes, and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a multi-brand or portfolio organization
Ability to recruit across various role types and levels, from entry-level to Director-level positions
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology
Solid understanding of technical concepts and quick learning of role-specific requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
