- Valid state RN nursing license.\n
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.\n
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in Long-Term Care settings preferred.\n
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with interest in the needs of the aged and chronically ill.\n
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n
