• Lead and manage a dedicated team of nurses and support staff.\n
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.\n
• Supervise daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.\n
• Conduct regular assessments to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance.\n
• Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff, fostering growth and expertise.\n

• Valid state RN nursing license.\n
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.\n
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in Long-Term Care settings preferred.\n
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with interest in the needs of the aged and chronically ill.\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n
