What Were Looking For :
A passion for working with children and a desire to make a lasting difference.
Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment (required).
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus).
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.
A long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced care roles such as RBT and eventually BCBA.
Behavior Technician Responsibilities :
Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
