Exciting opportunity for a Product Delivery and Agile Coach who bring that magic blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on coaching skills to elevate product delivery, quality, and deployment practices at scale for the growing digital ecommerce team of a global cruise brand.

Role Highlights :

  • Drive Agile transformation and coach product, technology, operations, and support leaders and teams.
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of a complex eCommerce program.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Define and track KPIs / OKRs for Agile Release Trains and Agile maturity.
  • Build and lead a team of Scrum Masters, providing mentorship and performance feedback.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Agile software delivery or program management, with at least 5 years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Agile transformations, ideally in eCommerce or large-scale digital programs.
  • Deep expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles; certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, or ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE) are highly desirable.
  • Experience overseeing multiple Agile teams and coordinating Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels.

    • Hybrid Location :

    This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a hybrid 3 days in office work arrangement (Tues-Thurs) and remote on Monday and Friday.
