Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing teams.

    • Preferred qualifications :

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience implementing strategic initiatives and projects in a demanding, change‑oriented, dynamic environment requiring a high degree of deadline‑driven productivity.
  • Experience with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement projects that solve business problems.

    • About the Job :

    gTech’s Strategy and Operations team (gSO) is part of gTech and drives transformative changes. This role leads strategy development and execution with executive leadership for gTech Users and Products (gUP), one of Google’s largest operating teams. You will focus on driving the company priorities with day‑to‑day operations through organizational design, long‑term planning, and management support. In addition, you will mentor and coach a team of strategy consultants.

    Responsibilities :

  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, supporting leadership on service transformations, operational excellence, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic goal.
  • Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions, manage risks across the organization and develop best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operational projects.
  • Mentor and coach a team of strategy professionals.
  • Define, launch and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve customer experience and internal / external processes and operations.

    • Compensation : US base salary range for this full‑time position is $227,000–$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary and benefits are determined by role, level, location and other factors. Specific salary range for your preferred location can be discussed with the recruiter.
