Ability to evaluate and treat patients with a strong rehabilitation mindset.

Focus on treatment rather than evaluation only.

Description :

The unit profile aims to attract highly qualified staff.

The unit is a critical access hospital with a focus on rehabilitation.

On average, there are 2 nursing assistants per shift.

The rehabilitation team has a tech available for 20 hours per week.

All necessary lift equipment is available for use.

There is a large rehab gym with various pieces of equipment.

The documentation system in use is Cerner.

Scheduling is set for Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Floating to another facility may occur if needed.

Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in a similar setting.

The unit conducts comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.

The required uniform consists of scrubs in any color.

The unit has a newly renovated rehab gym with a fully functional kitchen and laundry setup.

Outdoor therapy options are also available.
